All staff undergo regular training, both in-house and externally to keep up to  date with the latest advances in nursing innovation. A high proportion of our staff have achieved NVQ qualifications or further advanced qualifications..

Each resident is treated as an individual and encouraged to have choice in all aspects of their care. Residents are also encouraged to lead as full and active a lifestyle as possible and visitors are welcome at any time. All residents have their own care plan provided by their dedicated Key Worker that is tailored to their own particular needs and is updated as their needs change.
