Team Organisation

Barry Lambert is a Director of Canford Healthcare Plc which owns Ashridge Court Nursing Home. He has been managing nursing homes since 1990 following a successful career in the NHS as a Clinical Psychologist. He has over 20 years experience in managing care homes and prides himself on offering a personal, professional service to all aspects of Canford Healthcare.

General Manager

Elizabeth Young is the General Manager and is responsible for the nursing care and the staff at Ashridge Court Care Centre.

Team Leaders

Ashridge Court Care Centre has a group of team leaders who are members of staff trained to NVQ level 3 and have some supervisory responsibility forthe new and less experienced staff. The Team Leaders also take responsibility for a particular area in the house incorporating about eight residents each for which they have day-to-day responsibility regarding their personal care, tidying of rooms and that extra special attention to detail.
