Keyworker

 When you are a resident in Ashridge Court Residential Care Home you will be allocated a “Keyworker”, who is the Team Leader for your section of rooms, whom you will meet shortly after your admission.
This person will take a special interest in you, become a friend sorting out any problems you may have and getting to know your relatives. They will be involved in updating your care plan and will have allocated time to spend with you to really get to know you. Each Keyworker is supported by one of the qualified Nurses.
