Activities

Enjoying life to the full – Wherever possible, residents are encouraged to take part in a wide range of organised and informal activities. At Ashridge Court there is a dedicated activities room where a full time co-ordinator provides daily activities in which residents can participate if they choose.

Activities include:

• Armchair mobility
• Visiting speakers/entertainers
• Wildlife and nature study in our grounds

Residents are encouraged to develop existing interests or explore new ones ensuring that they can really enjoy life to the full.
